What You Can Expect
Each Soul Therapy session begins with a brief reflection on your last session, a catch up on any updates, followed by intuitive guidance channelled through your spiritual team. What unfolds is entirely led by your guides — offering healing, messages, or energetic shifts that your guides feel you most need to receive at this time. You can ask questions and we can explore and reflect on what you are discovering and understanding. I hold a warm safe, and compassionate space where deep emotional and spiritual transformation can occur, whether your choose a session via Zoom or in Person, for 50 or 90 minutes. Pay as you go or buy a block of credits. Book online or request a booking via email and invoice.

Soul Therapy
Soul Therapy is not traditional talking therapy. Your sessions are intuitively guided by your soul guides and spirit team, and at times can feel more like a reading than therapy. Your guides show you what you are ready to heal and understand.
